We want you to love your new furniture as much as we do, but if a piece isn't quite right for your space, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Our streamlined process ensures your home transformation remains stress-free and satisfying.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all furniture or decor items are disassembled and placed back into their original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the piece from your home at a scheduled time that suits you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
